Service Description
*This is for established clients only. Please sign up for an Initial Assessment Intake if you have not already. Once completed, you will be able to schedule more sessions. Plans are available in 5 and 10 session packages for $120 a visit. Our providers are licensed speech-language pathologists (SLPs), with master's degrees, who have years of experience working with disorders in speech, language, and voice. Sierra Speech SLPs have also focused their talents in non-disordered, but related areas. The area of gender affirming voice services has been changing over the past several years. This speech domain was not even regularly taught in graduate school programs, but currently has a wave of energy behind it, for good reason! We follow your lead and your goals to get to what you want to sound like. You may work on vocal resonance techniques, pitch stabilization, strength and coordination exercises, vocabulary tips, prosodic changes, expressing emotions, and non-verbal language. You will be provided with home practice to ensure steady progress.
Cancellation Policy
There is no limit to the number of times subscribers can purchase sessions, unless otherwise advised by the treating speech therapist. Subscribers must use their purchased session within six months. It is recommended you schedule ahead to ensure a consistent spot and to support your progress. Sessions missed without 48 hours advanced notice of cancelation or reschedule will forfeit one session of the package. Reach out to Sierra Speech if you want to be removed from a group.
