Sierra has been a speech-language pathologist since 2017, specializing in the adult population. She founded and ran a medical practice for five years, is a clinical supervisor in the graduate CDS program at the University of Oregon, has taught live CEU courses on speechtherapypd.com, has mentored interns and CFs for years, and educates the public at youtube.com/@sierraspeech with 3.8 million viewers. She exceeds the CEU requirements of her license and certification every review period, as she is dedicated to providing and teaching up-to-date practices. She is a PhoRTE, MDTP, manual therapy, and SPEAK OUT! provider. She has extensive experience understanding how to run an insurance-based speech practice and designing workflows to ensure productivity and organization.
